Strap up! eight rounds under the heat of the white lights, this high intensity workout combines hard punches withs prints and weights to ensure you leave dripping.

BOXING WITH STRENGTH CONDITIONING

Our signature strength and conditioning classes comprise of a variety of strength based boxing sessions that will help tone, strengthen and increase over all fitness.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Circuits training can be used to developaer obic fitness, an aerobic capacity, strength/ speed endurance and ability to maintain movement under fatigue, with in short period.

BOXING FOR KIDS

Kids boxing class teaches basics kills & technique.Focus is on core strengthening exercises to self confidence while keeping the kids physically fit.
